"I just bought a sailboat with a 2002 Honda 8hp outboard. The motor seems to run well, but when I let go of the throttle, it slowly powers down. Basically the throttle is just too loose. I want to be able to just set the throttle and then let go, so then I can use my rudder to steer the boat. Is there an adjustment anywhere to tighten the throttle a little so I don't have to hold on to it? Thanks."
