"hi all , im going to replace my water pump this winter. is this a stait forward job or is it going to be a pain in the butt? i have 1975 135hp evenrude. or what things should i look for or expect."

There are two plastic guides f

There are two plastic guides for those water tubes that fit into the water pump to help align them. They usually work their way up the tube a bit and need to be pulled down and off to be re-used.
