I have a old Honda B100s outbo

I have a old Honda B100s outboard that I need to find the age and if parts are still availabe. Are these good running motors? The serial no. Is B100S-1700430 what is the HP rating?

"Rated 10 hp but replaced by BF8A now, rated 8 hp, probably at prop and earlier rating at shaft.

Nice little motor, SFC of .6# per hp or less than one Gallon Per Hour wide open.
