Yammy 225 SWseriesstarting amp idle issue

I have been having issues with

I have been having issues with this motor. I can start the motor for the first time and it starts fine. I run it to fish for a while and cut it off. The motor has trouble starting sometimes I have to choke/reprime the ball to start it. Recently it would not start for about an hour and I was stranded.
I replaced the fuel pumps 2 month ago. It might be them again with all the bad fuel. It idles rough once I got it back started. Also When Im running at 4000 rmps and start to slow down to dock at low speeds it starts to miss/runs bumpy and sound like its starving for fuel. I think its the lower fuel pump or crack in diaphram?
What else could it be?

"It's carbed. I changed the plugs and caps, water sep, fuel pumps(3), carbs to no leak when motor is off and throttle is in WOT position. Im guessing I need to get some to clean the carbs. Im going to unscrew and drain and see what it looks like. Im a little stumped. I just added ringfree to see if that helps."
