"my local dealer wont give me alot of info, i have a 96 225/ 3.0 merc and need to know or where i can find the part number for the remote oil tank and everything i need to install it. thanks in advance--"

Definitely makes life easier if you can walk into the local dealership with a list of the stuff you want, complete with the Merc parts numbers.
