"changed dist cap, points, condenser, rotor and wires...compression test all at 170....3 and 4 not firing...any advice would be appreciated..thanks."

"Did you set the point dwell correctly? If your distributor is in good condition, you may consider upgrading to a Pertronix electronic ignition kit.

Also, are the ignition leads going to the right cylinders? That is, any chance you have swapped wires 3 and 4?

And have you synchronized the carbs?"
