Existing rack and pinion system shot! Well actually it needs a new cable only, but for a few dollars more I can replace the whole thing.
Anyway, hydraulic would be nice but it would be overkill for my boat and the wife might make me sleep with the dog when she sees the bill.
So mechanical it is and I would like to go to rotary.
Questions:
-Teleflex vs Uflex?
-4.2 or 3.0 ratio, what is better?
-NFB necessary for my small boat, or overkill?
-Any other ideas/input?
