1995 EFI DT150 V6 BOGGING ON ACCELERATION

"ok let me first start out by saying that the motor has a full rebuild because it has a bad miss when it is a idle and continues until the motor is at full throttle then runs fine i have ohmed out the coils and they are fine, i have also replaced the throttle position sensor bushings because they were gummy and stick.
i just put the boat in the water for a test run it starts up fine then still has a miss and idles ruff and stumbles until it is at full throttle then runs great could it be CDI box? i feel lost at this point i spent alot of money on this rebuild and it still runs the same."

thanks Just-In-Time after u said that i went out and checke the timing and at idle it is set at the T mark at idle.you seem to be the man to ask im glad i found this forum.Any thing else you can think of that might be the problem.
