I need to know what size prop

I need to know what size prop can i use on a 20ft trophy with a 150 mercury black max. I currently have a 19" picth and i'm not getting past 3000rpms. I would like to buy a new stanless steel prop but i need to be sure what size to get before spending the cash. Please Help

Step #1 is to find a shop with a MARINE DYNOMOMETER and have your motor tested to see if in fact it is producing 150HP----No point spending big coin on a smaller prop to find that the fault is the motor.

May also want to ensure that your tach is set correctly. That motor should be hummin' with a 19 pitch on that rig and pushing it along in the mid 30 mph range...
