I have a 1998 Pursuit 3000 with twin KAMD44-P volov - Penta engines (1400 hrs). Recently I blew a serpentine belt and my alarm off. Shut engine down and came in on one engine. On the way out I noticed some white smoke comming from my Port Engine Exhaust. The engine ran a little rough. I did not overheat on the way out (about 8 miles). My control panel is indicating code 6-2 for air pressure problems. My mechanic seems to think I have a clogged injector - therefore rough running and blowing white smoke. Also some unused fuel in water.
Any thoughts? We put in an additive to try to unclog the injector. If that does not work do I need to have all injectors removed and cleaned?
Thanks
Frank
