I have tested my trim sending

I have tested my trim sending unit and it does not work. The trim gauge stays in full up and does not move with trim in full down. I even checked witha ohmmeter and it stays at 200 ohms while manually moving the arm on the sending unit all the way each way.
I can not find one. Where I can get one? I don't have the part number either.
It is on a 89 cobra 4.3L
