I have a 89 50 hp mariner that

I have a 89 50 hp mariner that the water discharge hose had slightly pluged up on me. Cleared the hose and the motor starts and runs fine but I noticed water seeping out around the top two cylinders. Did I warp the head or is it possible the gasket is just bad?

Replace the water cover gasket

Replace the water cover gasket----simple repair.Now if you have not replaced the impeller in 5 years you should !
