I have posted before but I still need help--The motor is at a dealer---The engine runs for 8-9 minutes and shuts down---the dealer has run all tests and they are OK---He is ordering a new power pack as he feels that this has to be the problem---he will not charge me for the power pack if it doesn't fix the problem---the motor ideles and runs in the test tank perfectly--the "peeing water" stays cool--doesn't heat up--Stator and everything thing else checks out fine---any ideas???

If it runs ok in a test tank but does not on your boat then you have to look at your instalation. Any remote controls that could be the cause?
Could it be inhaling exhaust gas. Not installed in a well or other enclosure? Try it with the cover off.

Perhaps the new powerpack will solve it.
