I am having trouble finding th

I am having trouble finding the timing specs for my 1986 3.0 OMC. Also if they are handy I could could use the specs needed when changing the points.
 
"Timing - 1deg ATDC w/86 Octan

"Timing - 1deg ATDC w/86 Octane. 4deg BTDC w/89 Octane, 500-600 RPM (in gear).
Point Gap - .019" , dwell - 32-34."
