"after runnung full out i troll for awhile and shut off go to start back up and sometimes have no soark or have no pick to plane. i have new plugs, wires cap coil and points and condensor in it already. I can not figure it out."

there is no water in the cylinders. i checked that already.it is almost like the coil is shuting down when it gets hot.pluga are all clean and dry.Could i have a voltage problem that shuts down the points and condensor?
 
next check would be voltage yo

next check would be voltage you have at the + terminal of the coil. And don't put your meter's black lead on ground - put it to the distributor body or points mounting plate and use that for the ground for checking
