Im getting ready to order a few things for the boat and one thing that is on my list is a Oil changing pump. I was wondering if there was someway to make an oil pump from parts that i can pick up from Farm and Fleet or some other store like that? Any bit of money I can save by making my own rig would be a good thing.

Second of all do you mean Blair's Farm & Fleet stores?
If so then look at this pump as it's the one I use. My old pump packed it in one day in the middle of an oil change so I picked one of these up from an auto store and have been using it ever since. On one end I attached a garden hose fitting so I can screw it to the top of the dipstick tube, the other end I just place into an empty oil jug and pump away.
