Ignition coil test specs

I've got an '87 70 hp

I've got an '87 70 hp Yamaha (model 70elth) that is missing on one cylinder. I've cleaned the carbs and that didn't help. I have spark at all three cylinders and can't determine which one isn't working.
Does anybody know how to test the ignition coils?

C.D.I. resistant test was ok also.Plug wire ends ok.
What part do I change first?"
 
I put new spark plugs in it;al

I put new spark plugs in it;also checked the kill switch which is ok.
