How difficult is it to replace

How difficult is it to replace a water pump on this model engine? Is this a one person job?

"place a wooden pallet, or old tire under the lower unit so if you do drop it it won't fall to the ground. Its not so much the weight as it is the surprise of the first time you take a lower unit apart and it seems stuck and then all the sudden it lets go. Take your time, consult your manual and it will be fine."
 
I would estimate about 40-50 l

I would estimate about 40-50 lbs. 2 people makes it easy work but can be done by yourself as long as you get yourself in the right position and have the bolts readily at hand. I did my own on my 96 Intruder not that hard.
