"ok, I am quite familiar with normal engines... but not outboards, so I am a novice. I have an older outboard not sure about serial numbers due to the fact it has been painted inside and out. I do know it is a suzuki and 15 hp. OK, basically i can't seem to get it to fire... I checked continuity at the coil and I can't seem to get a reading from the wire tab to the plug wire. So, I am not sure if it is a coil problem or where I should possibly start...HELP
I did take the plug out and can't seem to get a spark, also I put new plugs in it. Please reply if you need more info to assist me. Thanks for any help"
