"I have just replaced my impeller and when i put the muffs on, everything works great and the motor stays cool. But when i put it in the water, i have zero water flow to the t-stat. HELP ANYBODY!!!!!!"
 
Did you move the stainless lin

Did you move the stainless liner inside the housing at all? If so you may be blocking the water flow. How about the o ring for the housing was it replaced? You could be sucking air around the housing.
 
the stainless housing hasnt mo

the stainless housing hasnt moved and the "micky mouse" 0-ring seems to be in prety good condition. There is no leaking from it when i put it on the muffs so I assume that it is sealed. I just dont understand why it works with the muffs just not in the water!!!! I guess the next thing to do is tear down the foot and go through it piece by piece

When you say in the water are

When you say in the water are you launching the boat and is the water up to the top of the drive?
