Have a '79 15 hp Gamefishe
Have a '79 15 hp Gamefisher motor with bad bearings in lower unit. Bought another lower unit but the drive shaft is about three inches too long and the case is badly cracked. Can't figure out how to get the gears out of the lower unit and move it into my good case. Anyone ever done that before?
