Just purchased boat with a 95

Just purchased boat with a 95 88SPL. Boat has one battery. Want to add back up battery with switch. Will charging ckt be adequate to charge both batteries simultaneously?

Theese kind of charging systems are rpm dependable in the way the more RPM, the more charging amps. If You use the boat for trolling, almost no charging, water skiing reasonable good. So it all depennds on Your use. Note that it is better to have one small fully charged battery than two bigger hlf charged."
