DF90 Misfire under high load 4000rpm

My DF90 idles well and pushes

My DF90 idles well and pushes my boat happily until I try to get her on the plane at which point the engine misfires and doesn't gain revs. Throttle back and all is fine again. Any thought on possible causes would be great.
