How to set Timing PCM 351

"1989 Supra Comp with inboard

"1989 Supra Comp with inboard pcm 351 motor (carburetor, point and condenser). I have been able to slightly rotate the distributor to smooth out the idle, but cannot find the access hole to use a timing light.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW AND WHERE TO TIME THIS MOTOR WITH A TIMING LIGHT?

It is on the front pully and there is a pointer on the engine. The timming marks are on the pully
 
You are absolutely right. The

You are absolutely right. There is a "pointer stud" coming off the block which overshadows the timing marks on the crank pulley. 10 degrees BTDC and she runs like a raped ape. Thanks for your help shamrock20!!!
