"Still can not get it to WOT.Rebuilt carbs,cleaned tank,new fuel pump,new plugs,new bulb,checked timing and compression and installed fuel/water seperator.The only thing I have not changed is the fuel connector.Any ideas?Suggestions?Dynamite?"

"No it has recommended prop on it.Could something electrical cause this? I can put it in a barrel and throttle it up and will throw water everywhere,but when it is in the water nothing but about 12-1500 rpms."
 
You should hook up a timing li

You should hook up a timing light and verify that you have proper spark on each cylinder ( use it as a scope )at full throttle. Then look into the carburetors at full throttle with a flashlight and verify fuel coming up each main jet.You have checked the reed valves?????
 
Reed valves look fine nothing

Reed valves look fine nothing open or broke. I hooked timing light up on each cylinder at idle and all is well. Havent tried it at wot.
