When I shift from netural to forward my transmission goes in gear right away but when I go from netural to reverse there is a 2-4 second delay from the it clicks in and when it actually engages. I have changed the fluid and tried to adjust the cable with no change. After it shifts it works fine a little noisy but it doesn't seem to be slipping. Any ideas on what to look at.
