"Boat runs about 10mph max. Already cleaned both carbs, fuel lines and gas tank. Replaced spark plugs and still has no high drive. Any idea to what I need to check now???"

And when you say "cleaned the carbs", was that a removal, disassemble, clean, new kits?

If not, they could still be the issue..."
