"I have a Sea King Montgomery Wards model # VWB-19072 with the serial number of 11457 it is a 5 hp. Can you tell me what year it is and how can I get a manual for it. It needs a whole recoil. Needs the rod that goes to the rich idle linkage. I have not been able to get it to run, it stalls at idle.
