"It depends on where the leak

"It depends on where the leak is, if its in the exhaust cover you weld it, if its a gasket issue, it will need replacing."

"Thanks, Andy. We think we've been able to narrow it down to the gasket under the exhaust tube. Have already replaced the seal that surrounds the motor leg. We are also looking at the exhaust boot as a possible source."

You may also need to change the powerhead base gasket if all else fails. Its a powerhead off job but should be done every 3-5 years anyway. At least wth all that C0 under the hood the motor wont catch fire:)
