"I have a 2002 merc 225 efi and it keeps fouling plugs. I have checked everything. I have found that on the fuel rail an o ring has a slight leak, I dont think that it is eneough to keep fouling the plugs? All injectors were tested o k. any suggestions?"

"Jamie, what type of fouling? ie, black/oil fouled etc.

Also, are you using the factory spec plugs?

Should be Champion QL77CC's gapped at .040" - cross ref plugs have never worked well with Merc/Yamaha ignitions..."
