install new motor it runs but

install new motor it runs but will not lift motor
did it get air in and if so how do i get air out

"James.... The unit is self bleeding so don't be concerned about that.

Loosen the manual release valve, have the engine tilted to its extreme up position, lock engine in that posiiton, tighten the manual release valve, fill the reservoir to overflowing, run the engine up and down a few times, re-check and top off the fluid in the reservoir.

Where is the hydraulic oil res

Where is the hydraulic oil reservoir for the tilt and trim on a 2000 Johnson 70 Horsepower Outboard?
