"Recently bought a 1983 bayliner with a 85 force motor. Motor hasn't run in about 2 years. Wouldn't start so replaced starter. Then did plugs wires, cleaned carb, adjusted throttle. Runs great with ears, but as soon as you put it in the water only runs in neutral. Any ideas? Someone thought maybe CD powerpack? not sure any help would be GREATLY appreciated."
