"The tilt/trim only works going up - switching down gets power to the motor but apparently doesn't ground. I have replaced both relays and switches. The trim motor works both ways when jumped directly to the battery. The down will work if I jump a ground from the blue wire from the motor to the battery or engine block and switch down. The ground wires from the relays test OK, and jumping a ground from the relay negative pegs to the block or battery doesn't help. Any ideas?"
