"My engine turns over but doesn't start. I pulled the cables and there is no spark. I have beed able to trace power all the way to a small little resistor on the right side of the engine next to the cylinoid. How do i know if the cylinoid is bad ,( it's a sealed one), or is there something under the fly that can cause no spark. This is johnson 1986 70hp
