Fuel into oil

I have a 2003 that is getting

I have a 2003 that is getting fuel leaking somehow into the oil. anybody has an idea where this problem may be originaiting. When oil was changed more than 2 gallons came out...

The most likey place is via a defective lift pump diaphragm

The diaphragm was ok, and it is not cracked either.
Any other possibility? The engine starts always fine. Could it still be somehow the injectors or injector pump... It was a full gallon of fuel that we found with the oil. Last oil change had been 4 months ago."
 
Injector pump is the next susp

Injector pump is the next suspect I suppose but I have no info on them. I dont know how likely that is or what might be the trouble. Sorry
