"I will first say that I don't know to much about boats. My boat was running great then all of a sudden it lost all RPM and went into an rough idle even at full throttle. When I try and start it I can get it to idle (very rough) but when I increase the RPM it spits and sputters out of the carb. I have changed the fuel filter, plugs, and have pulled the plug leads to see if this made a difference. When I look into the carb and pump the throttle I can see a squirt of gas come out but not went idling. Is the fuel pump in the same housing as the filter? If I take off the filter and turn over the motor should I see fuel come out? Mod.#-990215R 1
