"I've got a 86' Johnson 15 hp outboard that won't stay running when I open up the throttle. I replaced the fuel pump along with the impeller this fall just before duck opener. It starts just fine, but when I give it full throttle it bogs down and dies. Does the carb need to be rebuilt? Any help would be great."
