V4 Will not shut off

My 88spl will not shut off wit

My 88spl will not shut off with the switch.The ket switch tests good and ground is good everywhere.Any ideas? Thanks!
 
"Find the black/yellow cable c

"Find the black/yellow cable coming out of the power pack.
Disconnect.
Start engine and take the black/yellow to ground. (powerpack end).
Engine should stop. If not -PP is defect.
If engine stops, start ohm-ing the cable harness all the way to key and ground."
