My Suzuki DT4 has

"Greetings,
My Suzuki DT4 has a Screw on the side of the bottom of the float bowl. It appears to be a needle and has a spring on it. My manual makes no mention of it. Brown's lists it as an adjustment screw.
Anybody..... What is it? If it is an adjustment what is the setting range?
