"Went out for the first time this summer today. At full throttle I was only producing 2300RPM. And, of course, have very minimal speed. In neutral the engine would rev all the way up. Anyone have any ideas/solutions?"

Fuel restriction (anti-syphon valve stuck, replace valve); clogged fine fuel filter (remove and clean); choke not releasing (find out why and correct); bad gas (use fresh gas); distributor rotor and cap in bad condition/rusted/wet (replace)."
