"Hi, I changed the impeller on my 1997 HONDA 90 BF, when I went to put the lower unit back on the motor, after a few minutes jugglin and jigglin, it went in and I bolted together. When i started the boat it would only go forward. It would not go into neutral gear or reverse. When i increased throttle in reverse it just increased throttle forward. What to do now? (should i have connected the gear shift shaft in som way when putting the lower unit on?)"
