15 hp Force has a miss

1980 something 15 hp force sta

1980 something 15 hp force starts fine seems to have a miss at idle and thruought all speeds. Has new plugs and carb was cleaned. Not sure if it is fuel or electrical related any ideas?

I Believe that it was running lean I richened it up and it seems to have taken care of the problem Thanks
 
I was wondering if someone new

I was wondering if someone new the adjustments for he carburator. There seems to be a mixture screw and a plastic plug on top
