"Water in engine oil and trans

"Water in engine oil and trans oil. Oils were fine before I fired the engine, it runs great! Trans. left in neutral. Oils are discolored only, not foamy or water laden after 10 min. run time at idle. The boat sat all winter outside and was not properly winterized. Rear engine brass freeze out plugs had popped out (2). Oil coolers appear to have been drained. Exhaust manifold water jackets are cracked at bottom. I pulled both oil coolers and tested them under full preassure with boiling water. No leaks out of the oil fittings. Is there any other way to test these coolers? I think the only way the trans. oil can get water in it is from the cooler. The engine has several ways, but it runs so well with 25-30 psi oil pres. It also holds 160 degree temp. Any help/ideas please! Thanks,Scott"

"I'm confused. You said, "Exhaust manifold water jackets are cracked at bottom." Then how are they holding water?
