Motor now has spark and starts with the key.
Thanks Joe and other for your assistance in troubleshooting. Got to the end of my skills (available tools) when it got to pulling the flywheel. Took it to a local shop and after 3 hours labor we are off and running. The problem ended up in the psuedo points setup to fire the power pack. $194 later all is well.
