What should the idle RPM of a

What should the idle RPM of a 90 horse 1998 evinrude be approximately? After getting mine out of storage this sring I can't get it to idle very well and am wondering if the idle adjustment is off. If so how is this adjusted?

"I was thinking about that, I put fuel stabilizer in before winterizing and added a couple gallons of fresh gas and have ran this in the driveway with the water hose for probably an hour. It starts up very well but with the throttle control straight up the rpm's are going below 400, and it would probably take all day to run all the old gas out."

"to loose that many rpm's you might have bigger problems than gas or idle adjustment. might be dropping a cyl or not getting fuel to one of them. possible clogged jet, suggest carb rebuilds to be safe"
