2007 mercury 60 hp 4 stroke not getting fuel

"just bought a used pontoon boat with a merc. 60 hp bigfoot 4 strok on it. It ran fine for a couple of hours then died, is not getting fuel. bubble stays soft and fuel not even getting to the fuel filter"
 
Mick - stuck/closed tank vent?

Mick - stuck/closed tank vent? clogged pick-up in the gas tank? plugged up fuel line? stuck anti-syphon valve?

Start at the motor and work back from there...
