"bought a used boat 1988 ran up and down river 2x two hours each time little rough ieal thought old gas put iit in the threrd tine flooded fouled plugs when purchased had new points ,plugs , condencer,wires took compression check 160psi on all four cylinders ,replaced needle and seat and accelorator pump ran good at idea with muffs and hose put in water same thing the needle for the float has no spring is this right Im a motorcycle mechanic it seems strang any sujustions please help John"
