any sugestions for me, one of my 502's dies after pulling it back to idle. It will idle only after it is up to runnung temp and I pull the throttle down very slowly. ??????????? Thanks BAJA-KEVIN}"
 
"Try using carb cleaner on the

"Try using carb cleaner on the carb linkages, choke and throttle plates, their end shaft bushings and carb throat. Do it when the carb is cold. Then use a drop of light machine oil on all the linkages and shaft bushings. Electric motor oil works well. Clean the flame arrester too. Make sure the choke isn't binding and is working."

Classic symptoms of a failed IAC valve. The IAC controls idle speed and prevents stalling when the throttle plates are rapidily closed.
