"I was looking at 2005 pontoon boat with a Honda 75. I do not know the exact model #. When driving this boat at slow speed (5-10 mph), it would briefly stop or cough and then resume normal operation. This occurred about every 10-15 minutes or so. It never stopped to the point of needing to be restarted. I do not know the maintenance history of this boat. The boat seems run fine at higher speeds and RPM's. Any suggestions of where to look for a solution? The current owner is trying to tell me this is normal operation."
