"I put new manifolds and riser

"I put new manifolds and risers in Sept 07. I noticed today that there appears to be a leak on the port side manifold, riser gasket. Should I just replace this gasket with a new one?"
 
Scrape off the old gasket and

Scrape off the old gasket and scuff up the mating surfaces with some 100 grit sandpaper. You can put a THIN coat of high temp (copper) RTV between the new gasket and mating surfaces when you install. Torgue down each bolt uniformly.
